Have you upgrade with https://trac-hacks.org/svn/ticketimportplugin/1.0 ? If you're using latest of the 1.0 branch, please create new ticket for the issue via https://trac-hacks.org/newticket?component=TicketImportPlugin&cc=jun66j5 .
