I've written an XML-RPC plugin for Trac, available here:

The plugin requires a patch, unfortunately, available here:
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/ticket/2509
At the moment it only really exports an interface to the ticket system,
but I plan to write more as I get time. Patches and so-on gladly
accepted :)
