While I was using Trac 0.8.4 and svn 1.1 we decided to migrate to trac 0.9. I believe that we have correctly followed steps defined in the trac documentation. Trac and subversion environment have effectively been migrated to trac 0.9 and svn 1.2.1.

 

However, we just noticed that for some tickets, when selected (i.e. http://myserver/tracsvn/project/ticket/341) raise an error that prevents us from accessing the ticket. Here after the last message:

 

trac internal error 'utf8' codec can't decode bytes in invalid data

 

We also noticed that the same ticket can be viewed from a report when using the option “Show full description under each result”, the ticket is correctly displayed, but without the change log.

 

This problem is blocking us since we are not able to modify the ticket!

 

Is someone else facing the problem? Is there a workaround?
