Plugin maintainers and and other people developing on top of Trac should
subscribe to the recently opened Trac-dev mailing list to stay informed
about internal changes:

The Trac-Hacks site is a great place for community-contributed plugins
and should help keep some of them more centrally located:
http://trac-hacks.swapoff.org/

I think that if there needs to be further discussion of this it can be
moved to the Trac-dev list.
