You can use the TicketQuery macro for an automatic changelog. See

Yes, you can do that, too. Build even trac itself uses a handmade custom
ChangeLog page [1] to summarize all changes ;-)
I just found that I had more than once the need to have more information
inlined into my page than just link to the ticket. So it would be a good
idea to refer to specific properties of the target object, e.g . the
summary of the ticket by e.g. writing "#1:summary" or "ticket:1:summary"
or any other feasible way. (BTW: an attachment of ticket can be
specified e.g. with "attachment:ticket:944:attachment")

I am not sure if this is the answer you are looking for, but you can
see
the summary of a ticket by hovering over the ticket number link. The
summary will appear in a popup message.
Thanks for the answer. Yes, I'm looking for exact this information, but
included into the page itself. The problem with the hovering is that you
need to go to every link and wait until the information appears. Also
printing of the page will loose this information. Consider a printed
version of the Changelog page
(http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/ChangeLog). Without the live
trac environment you'll have no information about what was fixed, only
the ticket number.
