I got the error with Graphviz plugin.
It is the problem of webadmin which seems to assume PKGINFO lines
as single line key/value pair, but LICENSE information in Graphviz
plugin
has multple lines.
Note that a multiline license is not allowed in PKG-INFO, but
distutils/setuptools doesn't enforce that. The property may only be
single-line a string [1]. So it's actually the PKG-INFO of the
Graphviz plugin that is corrupt.
But anyway, WebAdmin has a bug with multi-line descriptions, and
should generally be more error-tolerant here.
