I'm setting up a multi project Trac installation and have installed some plugins globally, and it seems to work as expected (e.g. WebAdmin). One of the projects is a site wide administrative page in which I also installed AccountManager plugin locally, i.e in the "my-admin-proj"/plugins directory.
The strange thing, for a Trac and .egg newbie, is that the AccountManager plugin is now avaliable in all the other projects! (The plugin is of course not _enabled_ in those projects.)
Is this by design or what?
Maybe it not a big deal, but I think it should be possible to prevent usage of some plugins in some projects. This leads me to another question specific to WebAdmin:
Is it possible to disable the "Install Plugin" feature of WebAdmin plugin?
