I'm experiencing a problem that seems closely related to this. I'm using automated transparent passthru authentication, via SSPI, then trying to add a new ticket: using IE6 results in "Error: Tickets must contain a summary." Performing the same operation using FireFox v1.5 no problemo. Any resolution to these problems with IE?
