I've created a patch to 0.9.3 and trunk that adds support for using schemas in PostgreSQL. For PostgreSQL users, this means that you don't need one database for each trac site. You can use one database and multiple schemas.

This isn't a solution for multi-project support, but it does make things easier, as one can query across schemas.
