Bruno, FWIW, we use Trac for requirements management, albeit it's somewhat limited. There's no versioning for each requirement for example. But for a nice repository that's accessible to many of product management's constituents (i.e., sales, customers, support, and so forth) and the ability to tag requirements to milestones is helpful.
