1. Does Trac have any other (another project maybe?) admin
interfaces that allow for web addition of projects, users and what
not?
I wrote some provisioning software for it. It's not super cool, but
it seems to work relatively well. It's written in Perl (using the
Catalyst MVC framework), and at the moment requires PostgreSQL and
LDAP for user authentication. It has a request/approval system, SSH
key management (it assumes you're using ssh+svn as a transport),
manages your UNIX groups, and pushes out your trac and svn repos for
you. It also has some limited dual-host capability so you can run
trac on one box and keep your repos on another (rsync'ing them over
to the trac box, of course).
At the moment the code is pretty ghetto (first rev) and could
absolutely use some other hands on it. It's BSD-licensed.
I should have the public box up with it (self-hosting) running on it
this afternoon, if you'd like to take a look. Spam at me off-list.
2. Is it posible to restrict the wiki to only the users on a project?
Take away the anonymous user's WIKI_* permissions.
