Yes, it's because of a CR/LF change ([pudge 116] uses CRLF).
There's nothing special with Trac, as
svn diff -r115:116 http://lesscode.org/svn/pudge/trunk
will give you the same diff.
In Trac, at least you can select the ''Ignore White spaces changes''
checkbox in the diff preferences.
You should set the svn:eol-style property to some sensible default
(I'd recommend using LF).
