I want to create a trac that includes a wiki but isn't linked to any
repository. From looking at the list archives it appears to be
possible and not very hard, but I haven't found how to go about it
exactly. Do I need to create one and then remove the link to the
subversion repository, or is there a particular instruction that will
create a repository-less trac at a certain directory?
