I think you should open a ticket for this.
In the meantime, here are some things you can try:
* check whether the crash can also be reproduced using tracd
* upgrade your sqlite library and sqlite bindings
(sqlite 3.2.8 or 3.3.4 and 2.0.7 are good choices)
