Do you happen to have a canned way to replicate the connection issues? I've tried to duplicate them with ab (from apache) but can't get my number of connections to go beyond about 25.

I am using trunk and the pgschema patch. I'd love to be able to duplicate the issue to see if I can track it down (not that I'll have more success, but here's to hoping).

I'm using the release 0.9.4 version, postgres on the local machine, and no changes to the db part of trac (each project has it's own database, etc).

Seems pretty easy for me to create. Just set up multiple trac envs connecting to individual postgres dbs, and connect to the trac envs using apache and mod_python.

As stated before, after a fresh restart of apache, and a single connection to one trac env, I saw 5 db connections. After turning on KeepAlive and repeating the test, I saw 4 db connections from a single visit to the project web page.
