You can try to apply the following patch:
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/attachment/ticket/2041/intertrac-for-trac-0.9.4pre-r2830.patch
It should work, either out of the box or with minimal modifications...
Let me know if I have to update the patch for 0.9.4.
