It would be excellent if people could test this. It's running on
TracHacks and I haven't noticed any problems.

The latest commit makes the plugin completely self-contained, in that
there is no longer a need to manually install the wiki.cs file.

In fact, you should delete any existing wiki.cs tag templates, as there
are some fixes in the new one.

Thanks to coderanger for suggesting the trick that allowed this.
