Hello,
We have trac 0.9.4 running on Win2003 and it is generally running well.
We have however a problem with one user not showing up in the assign to dropdown list
and I've been unable to find this in the mailing archieves.

The priviliges for all users are the same (added to the same "developer" group) and when he is logged in
he can se his own name and pick up the ticket.
I as the manager for this can not see his name though (he's not to bothered by this as you can imagine).

This is the ticket part from trac.ini:
default_version =
default_component =
default_type = defect
restrict_owner = true
default_milestone =
default_priority = major

Any help would be appreciated,
