I did however, find some students from Canada who created a statSVN project for one of their classes. They said they should have an alpha release available my mid April. I'm not sure how well it can be integrated into Trac though.
It should be a fairly simple task to call their code from a cgi or asp and serve up the results as a web page. Simply link to this page from Trac.
