Hello,

A minor followup, if you have installed the plugin, but your Trac
installation keeps saying that an environment upgrade is necessary,
apply this patch:

    http://swapoff.org/files/tags-fix.diff

Or, alternatively, check out the latest trunk from Muness' site.
