This just happened to me when I tried to install the python 0.3 egg as
Alec suggested in my other thread about TracTags this morning. It
turned out when I downloaded the egg I was downloading the HTML web
page:
http://dev.muness.textdriven.com/trac.cgi/attachment/wiki/tags/Setup/
TracTags-0.3-py2.3.egg
instead of the code:
http://dev.muness.textdriven.com/trac.cgi/attachment/wiki/tags/Setup/
TracTags-0.3-py2.3.egg?format=raw
