Yes, that's the problem! Did you use wget or a similar tool? You got the
webpage instead of the egg. Try this URL instead:
http://svn.ipd.uka.de/trac/javaparty/attachment/wiki/TracNav/DownloadAndInstall/TracNav-3.92pre3-py2.4.egg?format=raw
It should have a size of about 10k.
