I use rsnapshot (http://www.rsnapshot.org/) to perform regular system
backups. One of the backup targets is a script that performs a hotcopy
of the Trac and SVN installations to a known location. rsnapshot then
rsyncs these trees as needed to the backup directory. The end result
is that I have a 6 daily copies, 4 weekly copies and 6 monthly copies.
