It may be worth adding to one of trac's wiki pages. FWIW, I had this
problem when I upgraded our trac install from 0.8.x to 0.9.1 (had to
manually edit htdocs_location) but when I did a fresh install of 0.10dev
(trunk) I didn't have a problem with this, so perhaps its just an issue
with 0.9.x line (which unfortunately happens to be the current 'stable'
release but hopefully not for too much longer).
I think it would be worth adding to
