[Trac] Modifying tickets...???? Trac v.9

Using trac v.9   I added a ticket, but cannot delete or modify the original text in the ticket.. Any ideas?   I gave myself permissions to modify ticket. Below are my permission when I do a ">permission list username"   TICKET_ADMIN     TICKET_APPEND    TICKET_CHGPROP    TICKET_CREATE     TICKET_MODIFY     TICKET_VIEW           Don   -- NOTICE -- This e-mail message is confidential, intended only for the named recipient(s) above and may contain information that is privileged or exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
