I do. If I go to the Roadmap page I see a bar: Milestone: with an empty Milestone name. I click the bar, go to the bottom of the page, and hit Delete Milestone; no errors are reported. Returning to the Roadmap page shows it's still there. If I click the Milestone: [empty] bar again and hit "Edit milestone info" it brings up a data entry page with "New Milestone" and an "Add milestone" button at the bottom. If I do this (hoping that giving it a name will allow me to delete it) it instead creates a new milestone, which I now have to delete; my old unmamed one is still there. So there seems to be a gotcha that you can create empty-named milestones but never delete them.
