Try completely deleting the installed Trac modules. Something like:
Then re-install Trac.
Also, enable debug logging and check the logs.
Hi,
I'm having trouble upgrading my Trac version from 0.8.4 to 0.9.5 on
RedHat Linux 9. I followed the instructions on the Trac update page
and I'm getting:
trac-admin /var/trac upgrade
Command failed:
trac-admin /var/trac version list
Command failed:
I removed cgi-bin htdocs templates trac wiki-default
downloaded trac-0.9.5.tar.gz
untarred and ran
python2.3 ./setup.py install
now I have trac-admin version 0.9.5
and cgi-bin htdocs templates trac wiki-default were all recreated
then I was getting that blank error
so I tried installing sqlite3
and upgrading the database
then I tried installing clearsilver
I'm still getting the same error and don't know where to go from
here. Is it possible that it's a problem with using a different
python version? I have both versions installed now, python 2.2.2 and
2.3.3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
