Is it possible to general a weekly report of open tickets for all (or any) Trac project and then email it to a general mailing list? Is it possible to do this on the server, or within Trac itself?
Trac is request-oriented: no background task is run if no request from a web client (or a hook script) is made on the server. Such a feature could be implemented either locally (invoking Trac methods from a script, from a cronjob or the like), or remotely with the help of the XMLRPC plugin (see TracHacks).
