That is the path that I gave initenv.  D:\SVNRepository is the path to the
root folder of the SVN repository.  So where should things go from there?

"D:\SVNRepository\trac.db\" seems like an odd env path. Are you sure this is
your Trac env? You need to use the same path you gave trac-admin when you
did the initenv.
