I've been running from the trunk for quite a while. A few
days ago, I needed to *totally* update my system, so I installed
Fedora Core 5, from scratch. That installed an older 0.9.5
release version. I then took my old trac setup and moved it
into place.

Most things are working, but some do not and/or are not reliable:
 * Source diffs no longer work
 * I render most of my Wiki pages using RST. This works only
part of the time. Other times, I get errors and end up with
the RST source pages rendered as plain text.
 * Walking the source repository is painfully slow :-(

I'd like to get things back to where they were. To this end,
I want to upgrade to the trunk. What are the [safest] steps
to take?

Thanks
