I am attempting to run tracd and I also have clearsilver-0.10.3-0.pm.2 installed...
It looks like the Python interpreter that runs Trac is not able to locate the clearsilver library (not in the PYTHONPATH, or that the Clearsilver library has been installed without the Python wrappers (I do not know the content of the SuSE packages). Can you check (yast tool or the like) the list of files that have been installed with the Clearsilver package, so locate the clearsilver library?
