Double-check that your web server is actually using the Python 2.4
interpreter. This error could mean that an older python interpreter
(2.2) is running the Trac code.

This is very strange. I haven't been able to find anything on Google, so
I thought I'd ask here. Any ideas? I'm running CentOS 3.7, if that helps
