There's been some discussion about that, see #1132

I'm still interested in the topic, but haven't completed a proposal, so far
(half finished draft available on request ;) ).

I know you can change a file's mime-type to make it display as Wiki, but
it still makes proper linking using CamelCase words impossible (or did I
miss some smart way of referencing a file relatively?).
