This is TracWebAdmin 0.1.2dev-r3370. and actually you are right, if I edit through the roadmap its fine but via the admin module there is a problem... hmmm
I already faced this issue (but forgot to report it). I initially thought this was because I only submitted a date value, not a date+time value. I did not verify this issue since.
