Well, it's now working. I'm not sure what was wrong, but I tried it again
after reinstalling all of the different python packages it wanted
(clearsilver, SilverCity, distutils, etc.), and brought up the Apache
subversion server. I then tried tracd, and it worked fine, and then I
finally tried apache/trac, and it works perfectly.

On to installing all of the plugins and macros, and then I'll migrate all of
our projects.

BTW, my development team is _very_ happy with trac (0.8.4 on a debian
throwaway PC), and I expect that they'll be ecstatic over the better
performance and features of moving to 0.10dev (trunk) running on an HP
Proliant DL380 G4 running SLES. The debian packaging utilities
(apt/aptitude, etc.) had me VERY spoiled, and it's been painful going back
to using RPMs and building from source. But I did take away from the
experience a better appreciation of how trac and its prerequisites all tie
together, etc. And a better appreciation of the developers -- Thanks again
for great software!
