I am working for customer service of some communities on the
internet. I am looking for a new trouble ticket system. I would like
the system to able to manage questions from our clients. The
questions deal with websites, bug reporting, site suggestions from
clients etc.
So I am looking for a trouble ticket system that can handle the input
from the clients which often occurs by email. I want this information
to go to the developers. As soon as the developers have done their
job, the client should get information about the progress we have made.
I have some experience with trac from the developer site but is Trac
also easy to use as a trouble ticket system. Does anybody have
experience with this matter? Thanks in advance,
