I had a look at that ticket. It looks like the resolution was to get
rid of all HTML entities in the title field (there were various fix
attempts in that ticket; it's hard for me to see what was actually done
in the end). But my problem is apparently coming from the description
field instead. Could this fix be extended to description as well?
