There are just 12 bugs for the 0.10 release and they all are tiny enough:

So I presume that in the next month we will get the new super trac 0.10.
Will it depend on Python 2.4 or will 2.3 suffice?
When will the WebAdmin plugin get updated and will Python 2.3 suffice?
I am asking because this is what I get with Fedora Core 3 and I will not
be able to move forward for now.
