What is the exact value you've defined for PYTHON_EGG_CACHE (in Apache config file), and what is the actual path of your Trac project(s) ?

If that is the case, then how to I specify the PYTHON_EGG_CACHE value? If that's not the problem, then any suggestions of where to look next would be appreciated.
