As Trac produces XHTML strict, I think it should be better to stick
with HTML & CSS:

{{{
#!html
<span style="color:green">Green Text</span>
}}}

If you use the <font> tag, it will break the XHTML strict language
definition, as Trac does not perform any kind of conversion here.
