Also, ensure that your permissions are valid on tracwebadmin-0.1.1dev_r2765-py2.3.egg . On Linux, I found that running the global install (using easy_install) didn't work right. The egg file was treated as a directory rather than a file. I ended up having to copy the egg file into the proper directory rather than "installing" it.
