Are you looking for "true" SSO? That is, the ability to log into your windows machine and never have to log into trac or subversion or are you simply looking to use the same password.
If the former, then not that I know of. If the latter, then yes (although I haven't tested it). You can configure Apache to authenticate against a Windows domain controller. It involves Samba, PAM and Kerberos. I know the basics and I haven't tested them, but I'll be happy to pass along what I can if that's what you're looking to do. Even if it doesn't work, maybe it will keep you moving forward. On 8/8/06, Moy, Daniel <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
I have been evaluating Trac and Subversion for our environment: windows based network with .NET development and have been impressed by what I have seen so far, I would like to carry this one step further and have the entire software stack on Linux. Is it possible to have a Linux server with Trac and Subversion and also support single sign-on in our windows domain? If so can some one point me in the right direction, e.g. what is the easiest Linux distribution to use and perhaps some documentation.
