Trac does not directly execute any files in the repository. It's
possible that console windows are opening for other processes it
executes to provide syntax coloring for files (php or enscript).

No, no executables :-)
It's XP, but it should happen in all windows oses, I guess.
I installed enscript alongside, so enscript should be the one.
I had to dump a wiki from links in TitleIndex. Every N'th dump
contents of one or the other page was missing. Knowing that
reading output from consoles is somewhat unreliable on windows
oses gives me the idea that 'something' did tried to do so.
BTW, got my apache conf running with Trac in the meantime
(was trying to avoid this), this sorts the problems out.
