It is my pleasure to announce that the last bit of dependency on the old
host is now gone. I made use of the free space Hetzner provides for
backups to make a daily backup of the important parts of the psf virtual
host.
In addition, we have a passive nagios check in place that needs to be
reset once every 24 hours, or it will complain.
We back up /home, /etc, and all of the postgresql databases. I don't
think there is anything in /var (besides the postgresql databases and
perhaps some mail queues) that needs backing up, and /usr is usually
mnaged by the distro. If I am missing something, please let me know.
