When looking at a name/nickname in Roundup, there should be a special mark when 
the user is a core committer, much like the current star marks those who have 
submitted contributor agreements.  Perhaps a little hg icon or similar would be 
a good graphic to use.

This is useful so that when I'm looking at a patch in the tracker, I can know 
whether I just need to review it (in the case that the patch was submitted by 
someone with commit privileges) or whether I need to land it on the submitter's 
behalf.

As we gain more committers, this becomes more important.
