Good. I assume that security of text mode browsers is not the concern
anymore. So right now the question is - how to setup default mime-type
for attachment, if mime-type is not assigned by Roundup or web-server.

As I don't have access to server, can anybody describe the
configurations for attachments in Roundup in general and in b.p.o
instance in particular (wiki link is ok):
1. Are attachments served as static resources?
2. Can Roundup serve static resources itself?
3. What kind of control does Roundup have over HTTP headers for static
resources?
4. When request arrives at Roundup, is mime-type already set by the
web server in request?
