Marc-Andre Lemburg added the comment: RoundUp already does this, but for some reason it doesn't consistently work: for some email replies the sig is removed, for others, it's added to the tracker item (which is annoying).
Unfortunately, RoundUp does not allow editing the tracker item messages.
