Martin v. Löwis added the comment: I think that the version should stay retired. If it was available, people would continue to report issues specifically against this version, and it would take maintenance time to clarify that the issues will not get fixed. I believe this avoidable overhead outweighs any advantages that simpler access to issues of retired versions might have.
