I managed to make some time to look at this, and I believe I've fixed it. The
template loader method 'get' no longer exists, it is now 'load'. Changing the
call to 'load('user.openid') seems to have worked.
I haven't committed this since I don't currently have a local tracker checkout.
There are a couple of other uncommitted changes in trackers/tracker.
