New submission from Serhiy Storchaka: Previously when press comma in the "Nosy List" input field, completion list is pop-up, and this list contained all developers names and also grouped developers names by maintained modules, interest area, etc (from "experts" list). Now this list contains only developers names, ignoring the "experts" list.
